1. About NayaJesa

NayaJesa is a peer-to-peer online marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of pre-loved and rental fashion items in Pakistan. NayaJesa acts as a platform only and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NayaJesa. By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information including photos, price, size, condition, and availability.
• Sellers must fulfill orders they confirm.
• Sellers must ship orders promptly after confirmation.
• Sellers must not list items that are counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by law.
• NayaJesa reserves the right to disable any listing or seller account at any time without prior notice if it violates these terms.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Buyers must be available to receive and pay for their order on delivery.
• Buyers must raise any dispute within 24 hours of delivery by contacting info@nayajesa.com.

5. Payments

NayaJesa operates on a Cash on Delivery basis only. NayaJesa does not handle, process, or hold any payments between buyers and sellers. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller.

6. Rental Terms

For rental orders the buyer agrees to return the dress in the same condition it was received. Any damage to a rented item beyond normal wear is the responsibility of the buyer. Return arrangements are agreed between buyer and seller directly.

7. Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed on NayaJesa:

• Counterfeit or replica items
• Stolen goods
• Items that violate Pakistani law
• Any non-fashion items outside platform scope

8. Account Suspension

NayaJesa reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or reported repeatedly for misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

NayaJesa is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item listed or sold on the platform. All disputes are between buyer and seller directly.

10. Changes to These Terms

NayaJesa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
